Dan Reja

 

Founder and Head Instructor - Dangle Hockey
 

Experience:  Dan was drafted by the NHL’s Washington Capitals.  He played 3 years Junior (OHL) and 7 years Pro (ECHL, WCHL, CHL, Germany, Italy).

 

Over the past 20 years Dan has instructed for different hockey schools which included camps in Toronto, Dallas, North Carolina, San Francisco, San Jose, Minnesota and New York. 

Since starting up Dangle Hockey in 2009, Dan has also been invited as a guest instructor to teach in Korea, Russia, Latvia and Chicago.  He has also worked with the Team Canada U18 and U22 Women's programs in Calgary. Dan continues to work with Hockey Canada as a skills coach for their youth camps.  

 

Entrepreneurial Experience: Dan invented the Dangle Glove and most recently the Danglator – hockey’s most effective stick handling training aids.

 

Interesting Facts:  Dan was also the Hockey Coordinator for the Love Guru movie starring Mike Myers and Romany Malco and Justin Timberlake.

 

 

Mike Sikora

 

Experience: Minor hockey - MTHL AAA system to junior hockey with the Oakville blades and semi-pro in the ECHL. 10 yrs hockey school instructor. Awards - Toronto Sun and Star male high-school athlete of the year, captained E.C.I to a bronze medal at OFSSA hockey finals . Played in the OBHA's premier division and won many Ontario and Canadian championships.

 

Interesting Facts: Hockey has opened many doors for Mike over the years and he’s even done some commercials ( Olympic hockey, nike/bauer, bud redlight) and appeared in the mike myers movie the Love guru as a Toronto Maple Leaf hockey player!
